What was the decision re the mom with 30% kidney function?  Perhaps you got
some private e-mails, cause I didn't see too much on Lactnet.  I had a
pregnant mom a year ago who said her physician told her not to bf because of
poor kidneys.  Is there truly a reason not to?  Is there some article to give
MDs saying it's safe?
