When all the "lactation options" have been checked and double-checked, and 
Mom *still* has incredibly sensitive nipples, there may be a deeper-rooted 
problem than (a) we as IBCLCs are skilled at handling, and (b) Mom may feel 
comfortable sharing.  Not always -- but sometimes.
