Hello Darillyn! While studying in Guatemala my Spanish teacher told me
about Ixbut. It is know there primarily for its ability to improve milk
production. My daughter and I found the herb lady at the market and she
sold us a bundle. It is a long stemmed plant that is brewed into a tea.
I was told it is also know there as "bismut". I believe that Ixbut is the
Indian name and bismut is the Spanish name.
