Micky Jones asked how she could observe an IBCLC, given
strict HIPPA  guidelines. I work for a  home care agency and
we have student nurses and prospective LC's observe visits.
That is allowed under HIPPA as long as the patient is
notified in advance and agrees. Try contacting an agency that
has IBCLC's providing home visits. Hope you are sucessful.
