As the subject suggests, we have a new use for cow's milk in our house.
It has become obvious in the past few months that my son, who is 2 months
shy of 5 years, is becoming lactose intolerant. No big surprise as he
has not nursed in almost 3 years and is half Vietnamese. Without going
into the details, he had constipation a couple of days ago. I was going
to give him some water and just have him relax for a little bit. When I
opened the refrigerator, I spied some milk. Hmmmm... why not give him
some milk instead, it'll solve the problem quickly. I gave him the milk.
Needless to say, by the time I finished bathing my girls, he was happy
to inform me that he was no longer constipated.

Aloha,
