Sheila, in regard to your question on Fenugreek:
My first question is what dose is this mom taking?  Doses that are too high
for some may cause an adverse reaction such as what you are
describing...headache that comes and goes and boarderline nausea.
I would suggest cutting the Fenugreek dose and adding some Blessed Thistle.
Often this combination will reap results just as good as Fenugreek alone
without the side effects from too much.
