Hello,

There's an article in the LLL publication, New Beginnings, from March-
April 2006, that compares human milk with milk from other mammals.  Monkey 
milk didn't make the list for the comparison.  However, of the other 
mammals listed, it looks to me like donkey milk is the closest to human 
milk!

This article is on-line at the LLLI website.  Go to breastfeeding info, 
then to New Beginnings, Mar-Apr 2006.  The article is called What Makes 
Human Milk So Special.
