I have a mom who wants to boost her immune system with golden seal,
echinacea, and/or whatever else would be good.  She is concerned about doing
this while breastfeeding.  I have searched the archives about this and have
gotten more confused than I was.  Is there someone with a difinitive answer
for this mom?
Also would anyone know any other herbs she could take for this purpose?
