Canada chiming in here. Searched "lactation consultant" (only - I didn't add
"Canada" into my search terms.

Results first page - ILCA, IBCLE, Ottawa lactation Consultants assoc.,
Breastfeeding Committee for Canada, Canadian Breastfeeding Foundation, etc,
etc.  No commercial sites at all.  Lots of Canadian sites.

So it seems to know that I'm in Canada, and is giving me Canadian sites.
