I think it will be fascinating to see what happens.  Just today here in
Italy, a similar story broke about GlaxoSmithKline and accusations of too
many "gifts" to HCPs. The minister of health has proposed a new ethical
code.  Who knows if they'll include the WHOLE WHO Code, and not just the
watered-down European Union version.
