Actually, room temperature is defined as 66-77 degrees F. (at least on the
Medela handout) for the storage of freshly expressed breastmilk.

No mention is made of thawing previously frozen breastmilk at room
temperature, however. This thawing recommendation came from the August
Contemporary Peds article.
