Am I reading this correctly?  That time-expired formula, specialty or
otherwise, is being decanted into other containers to avoid detection, and
being shipped to orphaned or abandoned babies somewhere else in the
world?  Sounds like the country of destination might have a Code, if their
customs officials are so alert!  With respect, this is "dumping".  If
time-expired formula is not good enough for the babies in its country of
origin, then it's not good enough for other babies either, no matter how
poor/starving they are.  In addition, formula manufactured for
industrialized countries often has a longer shelf life than formula which
will be used in more hostile conditions (tropical/humid?) so that even a
couple of months over the use-by date could lead to rapid
deterioration.  Please - send something with a shelf-life.  Or none at all.
