I would suggest that the mother NOT give her child the breastmilk that she stored when she had peanuts in her diet. There is no way to quantify the amount of peanut allergen in the milk, but we know for a fact that peanut protein goes into breastmilk
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11277829
I remember when this article about peanut protein came out in JAMA 2001...people thought that no one should eat peanuts when nursing. They totally misunderstood the intention of the study.
Anyway, occasionally I see an infant under 6 months with moderate eczema, intermittent hives, and/or intermittent wheezing with colds. If there is a family history of peanut allergy, I have them tested, and some of them are peanut allergic. When mom stops eating peanuts, the baby's symptoms improve very quickly.

The baby in the case presented to us has now had an increase in sensitization with a larger volume of peanut via solids. He is more likely to react to miniscule amounts of peanut antigen exposure.
I have seen people go into anaphylaxis when someone else in the family is washing the peanut jar in hot water, or when they are just holding the peanut in their hands. I would not risk the breastmilk exposure with this child.
