Dear Friends:
       I don't know if wearing our nationalities on our clothing would help.
       The United States Figure Skating Association just sent a group of
promising young skaters to a competition in Europe, so they can have
experience of international competition. Skaters and coaches and parents were
all told by the USFSA to say  if asked by anyone in Europe, that they were
from North America, and not to say that they were from the States.
