Sorry I asked re: a personal problem on this net. But I have been trying to
get that specific info for a while before I myself ran into the problem and
I thought you folks might know. ( ie re; ultrasound for blocked ducts)

The problem has now resolved. I don't know what did it. The traditional
stuff which I couldn't do as often as I would have liked (too much work!)
or the ultrasound.

I was able to phone Dr. Jack Newman and ask directly as I could not find my
notes from the conference.

FYI he recommends 2 watts per centimeter squared for 5 minutes. My physio
was only able to use 1.88 on me as any higher got too hot. (Not big enough
I guess!)

He says that it often prevents recurrent duct blockage as well.
