James Akre recently gave an informative speech on milk sharing.  It is part of the GOLD 2012 Conference and is still available online.
Please let's remember that there are no benefits to breastfeeding.  Zero.  There are also zero benefits to expressed breast milk.  There are NO advantages.  Human milk for human babies is the norm, so any research needs to start there, and if we haven't done the research yet, we should not assume that artificial products are better than our own species' milk!
