Probably the POTENTIAL concern in this case is the iodine.  Iodine is
concentrated in the breast milk, so if the metabolism of iodine
containing substances causes the iodine to be freed, that could overdose
the baby.  The NEJM study quoted by Frank Nice shows this not to be a
concern with this contrast agent.
