Would someone please explain the digests.  Looks like a table of contents,
how does one access the record/contents that are listed??? I'm probably
missing something, afterall it took me a long time to figure out how to
subscribe.  To send message was my next challenge, until I discovered the
reply button, how very wonderful, now  someone tell me what this digest is
all about, please.
