I will be happy to look that up. In the meantime, I must say that the legal article contains numerous inaccuracies from saying the Cal. Supreme Court decided Dyke (it was 5th Cir., Cal is in 9th Cir.) to mistatements about Florida and California law. Please do not rely upon it.
