Check the archives. Pat Gima had some posts about this.  She suggests
parsley, peppermint or sage as anti-galactagogues (I remember them as
"PMS" for Parsley, pepperMint and Sage) and has suggestions for how to
"take" them.
There is probably something else going on, but while trying to find out
what that is, these might help alleviate the symptoms.
