There is an herb called Rescue Remedy that is supposed to aid with letdown.

I also would offer her suggestions on how to naturally elicit a letdown if
you haven't already; ie. breast massage, nipple stimulation, visualization
of the baby, having an article of the baby's clothing, making sure she is
not to warm nor too cold, comfortably seated, something to drink or eat,
etc.
