Did her baby drink this milk? So yes, then there's no problem in my eyes.
Did the baby refuses this milk, then she can try a flash heat before giving 
her baby the milk, like Maria already wrote.

Hi,

A mom contacted me today, she has a LOT of frozen milk. She thawed out a 
couple of bags this morning for the first time, and discovered the sour 
taste associated with too much lipase. Now she wonders what she can do to 
give all of this breastmilk to her child, and not waste it.

I believe the answer is, unfortunately, that there is nothing she can do, 
but I wanted to check here first. Must she throw away all of this precious 
milk she has worked so hard to store? We know that in the future she must 
bring her freshly expressed milk to a simmer prior to storage, but what 
about all of the milk she wants to thaw?

This mom called her pediatrician and was told to add Karo syrup to her milk 
to make it more appeasing to her baby. Yikes!!
