They showed a food pkt on GMA- TV this week.  I remember it had bread and
strawberry  jam :-) The blurb on the web site said it has vegetarian
entrees, fruit and nut based extras.  International power bar -CHO laden
rice protein bar.  Everything in packet meets Muslim dietary laws and is
enough food for one adult for one day 2200-2500 calories.  I also read that
Afganistan  has the lowest food intake per day in the world, according to
USAID.  Sounds like any food will help support mothers' breastfeeding.
