I remember hearing a few mother's who had been nursing while pregnant (one of which was a retired LLL leader) and the new baby had died. Their toddler nursling seemed to revert back to a newborn schedule as if it was their only way to cope w/ the stress. These babies all reverted back to the seedy yellow newborn stools. My son also has moments when he prefers to nurse oppsed to solids at 22 mos old. This normally happens after an allergic reaction and we think he is just afraid of food for a few days. His stools always revert back to a looser more yellow seedy type movement. Ped says he's still healthy and strong. HTH
