I cannot believe that this baby is supposed to be on clear fluids for almost
18 hours.  Nobody does this anywhere.  Even adults do not have to be on
clear fluids for 18 hours for a barium enema.  This is not an exception and
it is cruel and unusual punishment for anybody to put a baby through this.
