This is a 21 y/o first time mom, her nipples protrude on the pinch test
except for the dimple- that's a good description- and the dimple is better
after doing nipple rolling. As of today baby was fussy about brfd only when
very hungry and impatient and no sor nipples. I thought about breastshells
but decided to  take the wait and see approach. Thanks
