Great post from sandy hess re: questions to ask about possible thrush/yeast
involvement.  I recall from working in a hospital that most c-sec moms never
got oral antibiotics; thus they would emphaticly state - no, I never got ...
 However, when I pulled the chart for review, I found that loading doses of
anicef or duracef were usually given via the iv (in place because of the
epidural or general).  So don't let a no to that question throw you off!  In
fact, if baby was in special care nursery for any reason, baby may have
gotten antibiotics with out mom even knowing it.  Another piece of
information from the chart!
