Our policy is that posters of flames get **one** warning.  After that, one
is deleted from Lactnet if a second offensive note is posted. This is
variable, and is at the discretion of the list owners, that is, Kathy A. and
I. I have no problem with this policy, as it is lenient..and it gives people
more chances than they actually need, considering that all of this is
written in the introductory notes to Lactnet, which every one should be
intimately familiar with...after READING them.  I have never had to do this
stuff before, but I surely know how. I have a Delete command, and I am not
afraid to use it. : D
