Does not seem likely that hydrocodone (vicodin) would cause problems
with letdown.  I must say she is on very unusual medications.  There
is no real advantage of adding keflex to augmentin as far as I can
see, both covering more or less the same organisms, but that's a
different story.  Nevertheless it is relevant, if they are paying all
that money.

Have her try fenugreek, to add to her pills, to increase her supply.

By the way we give augmentin and keflex to babies all the time.
