  What a great opportunity. The social worker in me
says that it would be good to begin with some kind
of exercise eliciting from the kids what they
already know, and what their experience is with
whatever aspect you want to talk about.

I think the idea of focusing on the politics is
great. Kids at this age are beginning to understand
that the world is not a perfect place and they
want to improve it, to make the world better. This
should be encouraged. What more imporant place to
beging making the world a better place than making
bf accessible to all mothers and babies.

I don't know much about how bf is in Italy. Are
there local ways that the kids can get involved?
Can you include some kind of action piece the kids
can do in the session. That is something they will
remember. Perhaps designing "Breastfeeding welcome
here" signs for stores and other public buildings.
or writing letters to some agency that needs a push
to accept the code and/or bfing.

these are just some thoughts off the top of my
head. Let us know what you do, we are always interested
in new ideas for presentations for people of all
ages.
