Is baby at breast at all??

I do not know if eating pig brains can decrease your prolactin levels
(geez--I wonder what she is SPENDING on these supplements???) but I would
say she had a very low prolactin throughout pregnancy as well, therefore did
not grow much milk-making tissue, and is unlikely to see a huge increase in
her milk supply no matter what you do now.

I would encourage her to use a supplementer at the breast (Lactaid is my
favorite) and enjoy nursing her baby.
