Have I seen some posts about nipple Vasospasams before?  I am helping a
mother who is bf a 3 week old and is complaining of intense pain towards the
end of the feeding and after feeding.  the nipple is pink immediately after
coming out of babys mouth but then turns white  around the tip for a few
minutes afterwards.  This baby appears latched on well when I observe but mom
describes creasing after some feedings at home.  Did I see someone recommend
Niacin?  All help appreciated.
