I would like to know what hospital policies exist for pt's who have left EBM at the hospital at discharge? How long do you keep it stored for them?
We encourage staff and mom's to remember their frozen stores but often it is left behind. We are a regional hospital so parents may be living hours away.
Any input is appreciated
Thank you!
