I have had quite a few requests for the Minister's Media Release on
Mead Johnson's unethical marketing practices in Australia. Because
some people wanted it on e-mail, presumably because they don't have
ready access to a fax, I have now scanned it as an e-mail document
which is available on request if you e-mail me privately. Its a bit
long to post in full on Lactnet.

The brochures that were found to have breached the Australian
Agreement on the Code are probably similar to materials in common
circuation in the US. You really need the International Code
implemented! Of course, I know it is not for lack of effort on the
part of many dedicated lactnetters, but don't give up on this one.
It is important.

Ros Escott in sunny Tasmania, now that summer has finally arrived.
