Re: Heather's post and the ensuing discussion - I agree with whoever mentioned the usual measures for relief from engorgement discomfort while one waits for these extra glands to involute.  
We see these axillary glands from time to time in all kinds of women, but personally I can't recall ever having met a woman from Thailand who DIDN'T have axillary milk glands that got swollen and tender on about day 3.  Granted my experience is limited, but it has been positively striking.  I haven't tried to find out whether anyone has examined possible population differences in distribution of breast tissue.  Anyone know anything about this?
