Personally, I see this more as innocent baby's rights. Baby's right to her 
only (say God-given?)source of real life-giving nutrition and protection; 
baby's right not to be punished along with mom by suffering a high rate of 
illnesses and possibly slight brain damage (lower IQ) and even a reduced 
chance of survival.
