Judy:

  the baby with the illiostomy...is no different than any other from
feeding/positon etc...difference is parents are high need. your are very
fortunate that neonate is being supportive. too often their push for feeding
is so strong that it erodes mom's confidence. even when we can see what is
coming out seeing what goes in can override confidence in breast.   good
