Pat's good idea above, for me I just started transferring everthing I wanted
to save by Cutting and Pasting to Works, to get the right layout, and get rid
of the HTML coding, and then saving on different disks, which I jot down the
"titles" on in permanent marker. So far this works and saves a lot of space
on my hard drive.
