Chanita, Mary, and all,
I have known several women who also swear by these bands.  Improvement with
some and complete cure in others.  They are sold at our local AAA office for
motion sickness for travelers.   They can cost as much as $12 or as little as
$4.95 in some novelty catalogs.  They are just little stretch wrist bands
with a bead that you place over the accupressure point on your inner wrist
per the enclosed instructions.  How low-tech can you get?
