Hi Cynthia,

This is in "Facts for Life, A communication challenge" a joint
publication by UNICEF WHO UNESCO and UNFPA.

Parts of the statement, were used Dianne Weissenger classic JHL article,
"Watch your language". I believe Dianne was the first to list them
numerically, based on the Facts for Life text.

The 93 edition of Facts for Life has the statement you need on page 23:
"The best food for a baby who, for whatever reason, cannot be breastfed,
is milk squeezed from the mother's breast. ...
The best food for any baby whose own mothers milk is not available is
the breast milk of another mother.
If non human milk has to be used, it should be from a clean cup"

The 2002 edition, has the information on page 48. The text is basically
the same. I am fairly certain there is a PDF or Adobe version of this
document online, at:
www.unicef.org/ffl

If you need the full text from the 2002 and can't get it there, email me
and I will type for you.

Hope this helps
