Donna, has your client gone to Dr. Susan Love's web site?  I don't  have the
exact name but if you did a search it would be easy to find.
She may have to wean that side at most but not wean completely.  I  hope she
gets some second opinions from someone who is breastfeeding  knowledgeable
first.
