She had a C-section.  They're showing pics of mom and baby.  The info on the IOL update page reads

Crisis: Christia Burger, 27, who has
been giving birth live on IOL, has
been taken for a Caesarean
section after the baby failed to
descend far enough into her pelvis.
After walking to get gravity to help,
her doctor advised her to have the
operation.
