I will try to make an analogy, but this does not mean that I think of bf as a
sexual thing, this is just a comparison. I always think of bf this way:
When you are newly in love, newly married, imagine not being able to have
intimate relations with your mate.  Would you rather have a rubber doll?
With a new baby, the intimacy and love thru bf cannot be matched with a
bottle.
The emotion and JOY of it are so overwhelming at first.  I always felt JOY
was the best descriptor of what I felt bf.
Even Mommies that do bf but wean early in first weeks or months miss SO MUCH.
