Has anyone out there who posts about the formula rep. items at your
hospital tried Marsha Walker's advice and spoken to your legal team about
ethics?
Does anyone post the WHO Code and review it with staff at inservices?
The first 50 times you do this, you will be seen as a kookey person.
But the next 50 times you go over it, then it becomes familiar. Formula is
really a WEIRD concept that became familiar.

As for the bottles in the cafe for the March of Dimes promo. in the
school.
Okay, the truth didn't work -- want to try a back door approach?
    1. How about trying -- baby bottle tooth decay? are any of these
children on the bottle dear teacher? why is a symbol that can cause GROSS
tooth decay in toddlers being used here? (I have a great poster of a nasty
bottle mouth)
    2. Do you have big pickle jars? The glass ones? (can I have one? :-)
... If you offered to decorate them and bring them in to replace the
anti-dental message currently being used, would that be acceptable?
    3. Did you see the prison movie (Shawshank Redemption) with Susan
Sarandon's husband? He writes a letter each week to get a library in the
prison. After numerous tries - he gets a library.
    4. Have you shared the WABA site info. on getting bfing education into
the schools? Stay positive, and let them know you aren't going away.
After 3 requests, we still have the CNN "health" video monitors with
advertising for carnation formula in our pediatric area (not in WIC) -- oh,
that gives me an idea -- USDA will be with us next week for an audit.....
hmmm.....
