There is no theoretical reason why this should happen.  I have been in
touch with many women on this drug whose milk supply was fine.  But you
never know.  All such reports are something that should be kept in mind.
Nevertheless, all sorts of women report "milk drying up" without this in
fact being true.  And sometimes, it is true, and we don't know why.
