>Sensus study shows inulin benefits for formula-fed babies

By Jess Halliday
15/09/2006- Sensus is expecting a study assessing the probiotic
benefits of inulin for formula-fed babies to help it in its efforts to
target the infant nutrition market in the coming year.

chicory root, to the adult health and functional food market, where
the ingredients have previously been shown to improve the balance of
beneficial bacteria in the gut.
