Thanks to all for wonderful suggestions on the booklet. I'll let you know
what happens after next week's meeting, where I will attend "armed" with
literature.  Just one more question about the booklet: we had written in
the section about what kind of bra should be used, that underwire bras
can cause plugged ducts and would best be avoided.  Apparently, the
patient education committee asked for literature to back this up.  Anyone
know of any documentation of this phenomenon?
