Hi all who are hospital based ~

Our in-hospital BF Task Force would like me to as whether you have night
shift IBCLC coverage on your postnatal mother-baby unit(s) and/or NICU?

If so, how does it work? Do night shift LCs provide the same kind of
services at night as during the day? If there is a difference in service,
how does it differ? What particular benefits, barriers or issues have your
found by providing night shift coverage?

If not, are there reasons for not covering the night shift? If reasons,
could you please explain a bit?

Thanks for any help you can offer! Feel free to reply via personal email if
you think more helpful.
