Have her go longer and longer on each side till the problem is resolved...
If two feedings in a row don't work then try 3. If that doesn't work try 4,
etc....  Also one thing that worked great for me was just to press down very
slightly above my nipple when I felt the letdown coming. Seemed to slow it
down.
