I'd use GV for thrush, some APNO sev x/day on crack.  Crack would also
probably respond to my favorite -normal saline soaks with a dab of  APNO
after.  I wouldn't use systemic abx at this point.  Frankly I think she is
wasting time and money using nystatin.  It really won't cure anything that
